We review your methodology, roles and reporting. Together, we define the problem the pilot should solve and the criteria you will use to evaluate it.

The product team joins your meetings. We agree on the scope, schedule and way of working before the pilot starts.

Together with your IT specialists, we discuss deployment on company servers and integration with your corporate directory.
